On June 26, 2023, Phetchaburi and Silpakorn University Jointly signed a Memorandum of Understanding between Phetchaburi and Silpakorn University. With a press release on the implementation of the research project "Development to expand the sustainability of the Creative City of Phetchaburi Province Towards creative prototypes at the district level" in the name of the Phetchaburi Creative Spaces campaign under the concept of "Open Connect Balance".
